How to use the library

  • Search matches everything – title, the job it does, the category and the prompt itself. More words narrow the results.
  • Filter by collection and category, by profession, or by level if you are new to this.
  • Press “Fill in” to complete the [BRACKETED] parts in a form. Your answers are remembered on this device for the next prompt.
  • Open in ChatGPT or Claude with one click, or copy for Gemini and anything else.
  • Save with the heart to build your own kit on the Saved page.

What is on every prompt

  • The job it does, in one line
  • The prompt itself, with the parts you replace in [CAPITALS]
  • What you get back – the shape of the output
  • A tip, usually about the thing that goes wrong first
  • The assistants it was written for and the date it was last reviewed
  • A Verified badge and test notes only where we have actually run it and recorded the result – see how we review prompts

Questions people ask

Can I use these prompts commercially?

Yes. Use them at work, adapt them and build on them. You do not need to credit us, though a link is always welcome.

What do the levels mean?

Beginner prompts work as written once you fill the blanks. Intermediate ones assume you will adjust the constraints for your situation. Advanced ones are structures to build on.

A prompt did not work for me. Why?

Most often a blank was left unfilled, or the task needs more context than the prompt asks for. Run it through the Prompt Improver, add an example of what good looks like, and tell us if it still fails.

How often are new prompts added?

Regularly. Each prompt shows when it was last reviewed, and new collections are added based on what people search for and ask for.
